When will my order be shipped?
- All orders ship within 3-5 business days excluding holidays. 
Do you accept returns or refunds?
- We do not accept returns or refunds. Please ensure that you have selected the correct items before finalizing your purchase. 
I think my package is lost or stolen.
- Please contact USPS to file a claim. Bonnie's Tuscents is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 
My order has been received damaged 
- Please send a photo of your damaged product(s) to @bonnies2scents.com within 3 business days for a replacement.
